  1. Relax and Have Fun

  2. No Smoking in the cabin (You may smoke outside. There is a cigarette butt can, please be sure to use it. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking in the cabin or for picking up cigarette butts. Please be sure windows are shut if smoking on the deck.)

  3. Please treat our cabin as you would your own home.

  4. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.  Please respect our neighbors - even the ones you can't see.  Noise carries through the hollows.

  5. A credit card must be provided at time of reservation to hold the cabin.

  6. Cancellations

  • We require a 30-day notice of cancellation prior to check-in date (we are a small, family-owned cabin and cancellations greatly affect us). Cancellations must be made by direct phone contact (no voice mail messages or emails).

  • No shows and early departures will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
